Horn of Africa Mouse Pad
The Nostromics Horn of Africa Mouse Pad features a photo of the Horn of Africa taken from space. Somalia and the Gulf of Aden can be seen. The Arabian Peninsula is also visible at the curved horizon, beyond which is the blackness of the sky in space. Prevailing colors are orange of deserts and blue of seas. The photo was taken in 1993 by the crew of the STS-55 Columbia Shuttle mission (credit: NASA).
